HEARING THERAPEUTICS
Joey is a research assistant in the Stem Cell and Inner Ear Gene Therapy Research team in assisting Dr Elaine Wong in identifying the function of Usher genes in human deafness.
She has always been fascinated by stem cell regenerative research to treat human diseases. This passion has led her to continue the Honours work and further investigate hearing treatment for sensorineural hearing loss.
