“I give to Ear Science Institute Australia (Inc) [the sum of $______] / [______% of my estate] / [the residue of my estate], free of all duties, to support the Gift of Hearing Appeal and its mission to improve hearing and ear health. I direct that the receipt of the proper officer of Ear Science Institute Australia (Inc) shall be a sufficient discharge to my executor.”
