Following a recent visit to the 2026 Wagin Woolorama where I participated in a free preliminary hearing test in the Lions Mobile Unit, it was recommended that I schedule a full test at the Bunbury clinic. As I am a pensioner, this was recently completed free of charge and proved to be very informative. The staff were very professional, efficient and I am very happy with the service provided. Well done Lions ... keep up the good work!

They went out of their way to help me with the claim to my Health fund. The practise has a range of hearing aids and are commission free so I felt I was given the best recommendation for my ears. I have been dealing with Audiologists for many years and this was just the absolute best experience - I would highly recommend them!

What impressed me most was the comprehensive approach to my care. Not only did I receive a free trial hearing aid to test out, but the audiologist took the time to explain all the different options available for replacing my current device. They walked me through the various features, technology levels, and brands that would suit my specific hearing needs and lifestyle. I left feeling well-informed and confident about my next steps. The combination of professional expertise, personalized attention, and genuine care for patient outcomes makes this practice stand out. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking hearing healthcare services.

A standard initial hearing assessment can take up to 75 minutes. Our clinicians will discuss your hearing history, perform a physical check of your ear canal, and assess your hearing in a sound treated booth. We’ll explain your results immediately and discuss a personalised plan to help you hear your best. You're very welcome to bring your partner, a family member or a friend along. Hearing changes often show up first in everyday moments at home, so someone close to you can provide useful insight and be part of the conversation about next steps.
No. As a not-for-profit clinic backed by Ear Science Institute Australia, our focus is providing independent, research-backed advice. If hearing aids aren't the right solution, we'll recommend the option that is.
