The clinic is in Big Bear Shopping Centre. Coming in from the side entrance, we’re the first shop on the left; from the main entrance, we’re in the wing opposite Coles, just past Sushi Hub. The underground car park (enter on the left off Military Road) is free for the first 90 minutes and has an ACROD bay — take the lift or travelators up and follow the walkway around past Sushi Hub. By bus, the 230 from North Sydney Station stops directly outside, and the 114 from Cremorne stops opposite. There’s a lift from the car park, and the clinic is wheelchair accessible.
