Frequently Asked Questions

Implant Referrals NSW

Your GP may refer you to an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat specialist) if they believe it’s needed.

For hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, or ear infections, it’s often best to see an audiologist first. A hearing assessment helps determine whether an ENT referral is necessary and provides key information that ENTs usually require.

At Lions Hearing Clinic, our audiologists work closely with GPs and ENTs, ensuring you get the right referral and the best pathway for your hearing health.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the time I entered the door! The receptionist, Andy is super helpful and friendly. The Audiologist, Carla Padbury is Professional and extremely well qualified. She thoroughly tested my hearing and explained everything with care and patience. They went out of their way to help me with the claim to my Health fund.
The practise has a range of hearing aids and are commission free so I felt I was given the best recommendation for my ears. I have been dealing with Audiologists for many years and this was just the absolute best experience - I would highly recommend them!

I am so impressed by the service and deal I got from Value Hearing that I want to encourage everyone in need of a hearing aid to make an appointment with them. The whole process from making the appointment to having the perfect aid fitted was breeze. The staff and audiologists are very professional, friendly, considerate and competent.
Excellent and thorough one hour consultation regarding my hearing loss.
The service I received from The Lions Clinic Kwinana was 100% professional in all aspects of assessing my needs and arranging my new hearing aid. My clinician was not pushy in any way to persuade me to take a hearing aid which was more than I needed. All the cards were put on the table so to speak with explanations on all models available, at the end it was my choice. I have received my new hearing aids for which I am very happy with. My two week follow up appointment went well and any questions I had were answered in full. I am totally satisfied with The Lions Hearing Clinc Kwinana and highly recommend their service. I have been a client of Lions Hearing Clinic for five years and found their service very good.
