Frequently Asked Questions

Implant Referrals NSW

Your GP may refer you to an ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat specialist) if they believe it’s needed.

For hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, or ear infections, it’s often best to see an audiologist first. A hearing assessment helps determine whether an ENT referral is necessary and provides key information that ENTs usually require.

At Lions Hearing Clinic, our audiologists work closely with GPs and ENTs, ensuring you get the right referral and the best pathway for your hearing health.

Thankyou LH Clinic, Subiaco.
professional staff and very knowledgeable
A big thank you to Louise & Manisha at Chatswood Lions Hearing Clinic. Outstanding, friendly and effective service. Highly recommended.
I have been very happy with the service from Value Hearing, and now Lions Hearing - from the initial consultation through recommended options and the original purchase of hearing aids which have worked really well. I needed them and was very happy with the approach to find the best fit for my situation rather than promoting a particular brand. The recent annual check-up was far more comprehensive than I anticipated and Minerva was exceptional in recommending a couple of things that have made my hearing better than before I had the consultation. I would be happy to recommend the service and will talk to contacts in the retirement village I live in.
Thanks guys you were very helpful and understanding of my issues.
Absolutely wonderful experience from the time I entered the door! The receptionist, Andy is super helpful and friendly. The Audiologist, Carla Padbury is Professional and extremely well qualified. She thoroughly tested my hearing and explained everything with care and patience. They went out of their way to help me with the claim to my Health fund.
The practise has a range of hearing aids and are commission free so I felt I was given the best recommendation for my ears. I have been dealing with Audiologists for many years and this was just the absolute best experience - I would highly recommend them!
I have been wearing my hearing aids for years but without satisfaction. I decided to see an audiologist for help. I have the good opportune to see Kate. She gave a me a full assessment and showed me the status of my hearing loss. She adjusted my current pair of hearing aids to the extent that now I can hear very much better. I find Kate very thorough, patient and experienced as well as considerate. Indeed, I will go back for ongoing support regularly and definitely will recommend anyone who needs to see an audiologist in the Lions Hearing Clinic, Chatswood.
Cleo's assessment of my hearing was spot on!
