I am passionate about improving quality of healthcare with a focus on accessibility and affordability. Hearing loss in adults is a silent killer and the negative impact is increased with the severity of hearing loss.

Azadeh is passionate about solving global healthcare problems to improve quality, accessibility and affordability of hearing healthcare through innovative solutions. She constantly challenges the status quo to make improvements and excels when has the freedom to think differently, analyse and re-design the environment to make a meaningful change.
Her 19-year long career has spanned a range of experiences in research with entrepreneurial mindset, project management, clinical workload (in hospital-based tertiary, private and non-for-profit settings managing a broad range of portfolios), and training and mentoring at senior levels.

She is expanding her impact and translating her skills to pursue her passion in serving the community through value-driven innovation.
