Melanie is a dedicated marketing and communications professional with more than a decade of strategic marketing and management experience and a flair for fundraising. She has a strong healthcare background with a key strength in acquisition marketing and brand development.
Melanie has managed both marketing and sales teams, providing her with a thorough understanding of the customer journey from the first point of engagement via marketing through to the point of sale and thereafter the ongoing customer service and communications. She has also worked in all three sides of marketing; client, agency and media. This allows a unique perspective and understanding to ensure ongoing value for money from our advertising strategies and high return on investment. She has worked for household brands such as Bupa, The West Australian Newspapers and on accounts for HBF, IGA Metcash and more, in addition to managing and leveraging sponsorships with AFL Clubs (such as West Coast Eagles, Fremantle Dockers), Western Force, Perth Glory, WACA and a wide range of music sponsorships from The WA Ballet to Big Day Out.
